Laser cutting
The laser technology enables us to cut complex forms, without the need to produce any tools and with similar or quicker production in comparison to other cutting techniques. We offer customised services and can produce products on the basis of the customers’ plans received in the dxf format.

Welding
We can weld simple and very complex products due to out long-time experience in the field of MIG/MAG (arc welding GMAW), TIG (wolfram arc welding GTAW) and resistance spot welding (RSW). All our welders possess a certificate. A welding robot (MIG/MAG) is used for serial welding.

Pipe cutting
Pipes and profiles are cut on an automated cutting line that is capable of cutting under angle, while retaining high productivity. Robot welding
We offer welding with the welding robot DAIHEN. The welding cell is composed of OTC welding arm that enables the welding of pieces sized up to 1.5 x 1 x 1 m. The welding source (WELBEE W400 AC MIG) functions in the MIG/MAG procedure and can weld steel and aluminium with thickness of up to 1 mm. The cell has two two-axle positioners, which are equipped with SIGMUND tables and enable quick production of templates.
